Our vision is that all young people manage their own lives and finances independently, healthily and conciously .

We work in a youth-centered and demand-oriented manner. We do this by offering guidance and knowledge tailored to their specific situation.

Our team consists of Erica (project leader, specialist youth and family professional/coach, 25 years of experience in all facets of youth care in Leiden and SKJ registered), Nienke (legal expert/coach, 30 years of experience in government, social organizations, business, vocational education and university), together with a team of specialists in psychology, taxation, Wft Health Insurance, ICT, programming and social media. Our inclusive and diverse team ensures that we have a natural connection with our target group. In addition, we offer the opportunity for students to do research with us in the further development of our methodology and organizational model.

We operate from Leiden and hope to be active in multiple regions in the future.
